With law degrees from three countries and fluency in five important languages, Dr. Luo-Lan Fan-Respondek possessed a truly international professional background. She started her career as research assistant in Taiwan at the Taiwan National University (國立臺灣大學) and continued in Freiburg/Germany at the “Max Planck Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Strafrecht”. After advising selected Taiwanese clients, she became a founding partner in RESPONDEK & FAN in 1998.
