Tanya Adams

Tanya is a Swiss-qualified Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Zurich Bar and registered as a foreign lawyer in Singapore. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Law from the University of Zurich as well as an LL.M. in Transnational Law from King’s College London. Before joining Respondek & Fan, she trained with a leading international business law firm in Zurich in the area of corporate law. Based in Singapore, Tanya advises international clients across diverse industries, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial matters. Her work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, company formations in the region, restructurings, as well as the drafting and negotiation of international contracts.
