Mooknapa Kliengsong

Mooknapa Kliengsong is an Associate holding an LL.M. in International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law from the University of Kent and an LL.B. in Law from Mae Fah Luang University. She advises clients across a wide variety of sectors with a particular focus on corporate, commercial and arbitration legal issues. Her practice also includes company and foundation formation and restructuring, foreign investment (applying for foreign business licenses and certificates for international clients to operate a business in Thailand) and applications for investment promotion certificates granted by Thailand Board of Investment as well as applications for international clients’ visas and work permits.
